I agree with John’s opinion that everyone who wants to advance in their career and life has to be developing leadership skills in order to do it successfully.

He is right on point with that idea. This is also important because as you advance your career, you’re going to start facing bigger challenges. If you don’t keep growing, working on yourself, developing leadership skills, etc. your problems and challenges will be bigger than you.
